Well I'm pretty sure no body follows my blog anymore, since I allow 4 months to go on between posting. But I felt like writing something today :) Nothing deep and insightful, but a little update nonetheless.
Violet and Tytus are doing awesome. They are both two now. And they are happy, energetic, crazy kids. I continue to be amazed that God would bless me so richly!
I am trying to enjoy all the awesome things they do and cherish this time while they are little. But I have to admit sometimes it's hard not to focus on the things I wish they could already do and look forward to the next stage. Having two 2 year olds is everything it sounds like it would be. I get to have those amazing, "I think my heart is going to explode with love" moments, mixed in with the "I think my head is going to explode" moments.
Tytus is the most exciteable little guy. He loves if you talk loud and yell his name and chase him. He has this soft sweet voice, but he really likes to use his tough guy low growly voice.
Violet is full of personality. She wants to do everything herself or "all myself" as she says. She loves to sing. She loves to be bossy. She loves to dance. She is very loud, all the time. And she is also sweet and caring.
On mothers day when I came home from church they both were SO excited to give me the presents they had picked out for me. They screamed and ran to show them to me and of course started opening them for me so they could show me what was inside. It was one of my favorite mothers day moments.
I love my kids.
